Held the second Friday and Saturday of each July, the annual South Loup River Blues Festival is an event to mark on your calendar every year. Over the years, such headliners as Jimmy Thackery, Tab Benoit, Corey Stevens, W.C. Clark, Matt "Guitar" Murphy, Coco Montoya, Tinsley Ellis, Omar & The Howlers, Hadden Sayers, Chris Duarte, James Harman, Anthony Gomes, Ana Popovic, Honeytribe, and Big Daddy Kinsey and the Kinsey Report, have graced the stage at Old Mill Park in Arnold, Nebraska.
